INFO/POLICIES
check-in:
If you are unfamiliar with the reformer, arrive early so we can walk you through everything you need to know about the machine and make sure you feel comfortable and supported in your first class. Please read class descriptions when scheduling so you know what class is the most fitting for you.
If you have not arrived by the start of class and there is a client on the waitlist, your spot will be released to the person waiting in the studio.
For the safety of you and others in the studio, and to ensure an uninterrupted class experience, late entry beyond 5 minutes will not be permitted.
what to bring:
You may take class barefoot, or in grip socks. We recommend bringing a water bottle, but we do have water for sale in our mini fridge. Yoga and grip towels can be useful in classes where you are likely to sweat (jump & advanced technique).
parking:
We are located in the second-story loft space behind Tiny’s Milk and Cookies. The best options for parking are the Tiny’s lot, street parking near Wells Fargo, or street parking on 34th.
technology:
We want to keep everyone safe, attentive, and present with the experience. Please avoid texting and using your phone during class, as it is distracting to the instructors and other clients practicing. We understand you may need to use your phone for emergencies and communicating about childcare, please step out of the room if you need to.
booking:
To make a reservation please login to your account using our Novi App or by visiting the booking page on our website.
cancellations:
If you need to change your reservation, please do so 24 hours before the class start time to avoid losing your credit, and 12 hours ahead to avoid incurring a $20 late cancellation fee. You can cancel by logging into your account online or using the Novi app. If you cancel and someone else takes your spot in class, your credit will be returned to you and your late cancellation fee will be waived. Please do not email for cancellations/exceptions to this policy as the only way to get your credit back is to free up a spot in class for another client to attend.
membership:
Members are on a recurring auto payment. There are no contracts or commitments, but we ask that you inform us of cancellation 30 days before your next billing date.
waitlist:
If the class you want to attend is full, we recommend getting on the waitlist. When space opens up, you will receive an email confirming your spot.
You will have to purchase a class credit in order to reserve your spot on the waitlist.
If you are on the waitlist and are added to the class you will be held to our late cancellation policy. If you add yourself to multiple waitlists in one day and don’t cancel out in time for another client to take the spot you will be held to our late cancellation policy. If you can no longer attend class, it is important you remove yourself from the waitlist. If you do not get added to the class from the waitlist, you will be able to use your class credit for a future class booking.
Late cancellation and no-show fees of $20 apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of our cancellation policy.
injuries & pregnancy:
Novi may decline entry to a class because of injury or other safety concerns including pregnancy. If you are pregnant, you may take any of our classes if still cleared to exercise. A one-time private session with one of our instructors is a great option to understand and practice potential modifications and variations that may be more comfortable for your body. If you have a current injury that you are unsure of how to modify for, please do not attend group classes.
